LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-Electronic Arts (EA) revealed on Monday that its new firm Cliffhanger Games is working with Marvel Games to create a third-person, single-player Black Panther game.
According to Cliffhanger Games, the new action-adventure game is made to allow fans of the superhero franchise to travel throughout the vast world of Wakanda.
Kevin Stephens, a former studio head at Monolith Productions, is in charge of the development studio.
Players will have “more agency and control over their narrative than they have ever experienced in a story-driven video game,” according to Stephens, who made the news today.
āWe want our game to enable players to feel what itās like to be worthy of the Black Panther mantle in unique, story-driven ways, and we want Cliffhanger Games to empower everyone on our team as we collaborate to bring this amazing world to life,ā Stephens added.

Specific information about the next game, such as its title, narrative, and release date, was withheld by Cliffhanger Games.
A 57-year celebration of Black Panther’s comic book debut is being held by Marvel at the same time as the game’s unveiling.
The first “Black Panther” film, which was produced by Marvel Studios, was released in 2018, and it became an enormous financial success.
The sequel, “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” which debuted in November 2022, has the most number of hours streamed of any Marvel debut on Disney+.
The Wolverine and Spider-Man 2 games on Sony are just two examples of how Marvel has recently teamed up with major studios and publishers to create games based on its characters.
Another Iron Man game is being developed by EA’s Motive Studio.
