LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- WhatsApp is releasing two new beta updates for testers, version 2.23.13.16 and 2.23.13.17, which bring new UI improvements and adjust the light and dark action bar.
A light and dark action bar for WhatsApp is being developed for a future app version.
Greater congruence with the ideas of Material Design 3 is being achieved with the bright and dark action bar.
WhatsApp connects its design more closely with the concepts of Material Design by switching to a light or dark color palette, resulting in a unified and modernized appearance.

Users who are used to other apps that follow these rules will benefit from this change because it makes them feel more at home, and we believe they will undoubtedly find it to be beneficial.
Both of these modifications are now being tested by WhatsApp in the UI Android 2.23.13.16/2.23.13.17 versions. For all users of WhatsApp, this change could happen shortly.
