Rihanna Steps Down As Savage X Fenty CEO, Appoints Hillary Super

Barbadian singer and business mogul, Robyn ‘Rihanna’ Fenty has reportedly stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of her clothing brand, X-Fenty, according to Vogue.

The outlet reported that they had a discussion with the business magnate and successful musician, who expressed her pride in the accomplishments of her brand.

In a statement to Vogue Business on Friday, the “Diamonds” singer said former Anthropologie Group CEO Hillary Super will lead the lingerie brand, with the changeover taking place 26 June.

Rihanna will remain in a leadership role as executive chair, according to Vogue Business.

She described how amazed she was to witness the profound impact of Savage X Fenty on the industry in the past five years.

She stated: “It has been a remarkable journey to witness our vision for Savage X Fenty resonate with the industry on such a grand scale.

“But this is just the beginning for us, as we are committed to expanding our brand in ways that consistently connect with our consumers.”

In addition, she took the opportunity to introduce the new CEO and expressed her confidence in her ability to propel the company to greater heights.

She stated: “I am extremely grateful and thrilled to welcome Hillary Super as our new CEO. She is a dynamic leader who is dedicated to elevating our business to new horizons.”

Recall that Rihana is heavily pregnant, whether this decision is based on her needing the necessary rest, we hope to know in the nearest of times.
