Plateau Assembly Approves N15bn Loan Request From Gov Mutfwang

ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The Plateau State House of Assembly on Thursday approved Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s request to obtain a bank facility to the tune of N15 billion.

Governor Mutfwang explained that the money will be user for the payment of workers’ salary and agricultural inputs.

The Governor’s request was presented by the house speaker, Matthew Sule. Sule sought the house’s approval to obtain the facility.

Meanwhile, the letter of request read by the speaker said there was a backlog of N11 billon unpaid salaries.
