This will provide a better overview and make it easier for users to access their saved music and podcast collections. Additionally, the revamp will make switching between playlists simple.

The Now Playing display will also be visible on the right side of the app.

Information on the song, the artist, their tour dates, and more will be available in the updated Now Playing display. Users will also obtain transcripts for some programs.

Additionally, the newly updated user interface will provide users the option to rearrange and pin playlists in the Library as well as resize the Your Library and Now Playing view menus.

Also, Spotify announced that the “friends” icon, which can be found in the top-right corner of the main content area next to the user’s profile photo, will now provide access to the Friend Activity stream.

Notably, the primary content section will not alter from how users now browse, discover, and find suggested podcasts and songs.
