LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – The Nigerian movie industry has been thrown into mourning for the second time in 24 hours after reports have it that another actor, Murphy Afolabi, has died.
The death of the thespian was announced by his colleague, Ola Yusuf, via his Facebook Page on Sunday, 14 May, 2023.

Mr. Yusuf posted the news on his Facebook page with the caption: “REST IN PEACE…
“May God give the family and close associates the fortitude to bear the loss.
“Good night Muphy Afolabi.”
His death comes barely 24 hours after the death of legendary actor, Saint Obi, wo was confirmed dead at 57 after a protracted illness.
As at press time, details of both actors’ demise are yet to be completely made public.
