Muslim Faithful across the world are celebrating Eid el-Fitr on Friday, 21 April, 2023, and Nigerians are not left out.

The celebration marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan when Muslims fasted during the daylight hours from dawn to sunset.

It is a celebration of the completion of the training in the “school of Ramadan” where Muslims “attended courses” in patience, perseverance, honesty and the consciousness of the Almighty.

Muslims including prominent politicians assembled in different Eid grounds across Nigeria and they observed two rakats.

New Nigeria Peoples Party presidential candidate in the 2023 election, Rabiu Kwankwaso was spotted in Kano Eid ground alongside party members.
