    BREAKING: Tension As Explosions Rock APC Rally In Rivers

    ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – There is palpable tension in Rivers State as a twin explosion rocked the campaign rally of the All Progressives Congress (APC), at the Rumuwoji Playground in Port Harcourt on Thursday.

    According to reports, not less than three persons were seriously injured as a result of the explosion which has caused panic.

    Two of the victims are women, and they have all been rushed to hospital for medical attention.

    The APC Publicity Secretary in the State, Darlington Nwauju, confirmed the incident to Daily Trust.

    When contacted, the State Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe Koko simply said: “I will get back to you”.
