Bola Tinubu, as they were allowed into the tarmac area under strict security control.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tinubu arrived Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, ahead of the inauguration of some projects in the State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tinubu, who was invited at the instance of Governor Nyesom Wike, was received by the Governor and his entourage on Wednesday morning at the Port Harcourt touched down at the airport at 10:03am on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wike\u2019s entourage include National and State Assembly members, local government chairmen and government appointees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President-elect will also be hosted at a state banquet later in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Governor had in a state broadcast on Tuesday declared Wednesday as a holiday, appealing Rivers residents to come out en masse to welcome the President-Elect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" Tinubu, to the State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President-elect, during his two-day official visit to the State, will commission the Rumuola\/Rumuokwuta Flyover and the ultra-modern Magistrates\u2019 Court Complex, Port Harcourt, today and tomorrow, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wike, in a state broadcast, on Tuesday, said during Tinubu\u2019s presidential campaign visit to the State, he had indicated intention to have him commission some strategic projects in the state after the general elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\"
