Former Justice Minister in China, Fu Zhenghua, has been sentenced to death for taking bribes, according to state media. Wang Like, who was in charge of political and legal affairs in eastern Jiangsu province, was also sentenced on Thursday to life imprisonment for accepting bribes. Uganda has confirmed seven cases of Ebola, as authorities try to track down 43 contacts of known Ebola patients – two days after the East African country announced an outbreak of the contagious disease.
