A 27-year-old woman, Olivia Naseren, has been arrested by detectives in Kitengela, Kajiado county of Kenya, for allegedly stabbing her two-year-old daughter to death and feeding on her remains. The death toll from an explosion in a coal mine in Colombia has risen to seven with the discovery of four more bodies, official have said. The new toll was given by the head of the firefighting department in the central Cundinamarca region, Alvaro Farfan.
