ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Troops of Headquarters 82 Division Nigerian Army, have neutralized two combatants of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its militant wing Eastern Security Network (ESN). ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Abia State House of Assembly on Wednesday passed the ‘Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities Bill’ into law. The bill’s passage was announced by speaker of the parliament, Chinedum Orji, during the plenary. He said the law would be cited as ‘The Abia State Commission for Disabled Persons Law’.
