The victim was kidnapped in front of one of his companies, at Tetlow in Owerri, the state capital, on Friday at the high breed area of Owerri. ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- A woman identified simply as Ogochukwu Onuh, in Umuopu community in Enugu Ezike, Igboeze-North Local Government Area, has been murdered Sources disclosed that the woman is the wife of one Akada, a former neighborhood watch leader in the community. Ogochukwu Onuh was reportedly shot dead on Friday night, 9 September, 2022. The gunmen attacked Akada’s home but he managed to escape, so they shot his wife. She was rushed to the hospital but didn’t survive, Oriental Times reports.

ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Gunmen have reportedly shot and killed Mr. Chikodili Ngwu from Ameke village, crisis-torn Oruku community in the Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State. This happened three weeks after gunmen murdered Chief Linus Nwatu, the President-General of Oruku Town Union. It was learnt that Ngwu, a middle-aged man is the ninth on the list of indigenes of the community so far murdered by gunmen. ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB), has declared a sit-at-home across the South-East on Tuesday next week, saying it is a day of civil action across the Southeast. The order is declared ahead of the Appeal Court hearing of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB and President Muhammadu Buhari’s planned visit to the South-East.
