ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Justice Mu’azu Abubakar of the Bauchi State High Court on Tuesday sentenced a 39-year-old man, Sa’idu Mohammed, to 14 years imprisonment for sodomising a 12-year-old boy. Delivering his verdict, Mr Abubakar, however, gave the convict the option of a N100,000 fine. The convict had earlier pleaded with the judge to temper justice with mercy. ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has disclosed that it apprehended a total of 50,901 drug offenders, including 46 drug barons, over the past three years. ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has handed over motorcycles to security agencies to combat crime in hard-to-reach areas of the territory.
