ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Transport Minister Sa’idu Alkali says the freight wagon haulage on the narrow gauge from Lagos to Kano will begin by December. Alkali disclosed this during his Tuesday visit to the Kajola Wagon Assembly Plant in Ogun.
