ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, has warned the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigerian (IPMAN), Osun State Chapter, to desist from hoarding Premium Motor Spirit, (PMS), commonly known as petrol.
