ENUGU, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- Crude oil theft may have cost the country a whopping N1.9 trillion revenue loss in July, Punch reports. The estimation was arrived at following a pronouncement by Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser.
