LAGOS,Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) –Embattled cross dresser, Idris Okuneye a.k.a Bobrisky has been reportedly relocated from the Ikoyi Correctional Center to the Kirikiri Prison by the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).
This is contrary to reports that Bobrisky is still being held at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre.
In a new development, the controversial cross dresser was secretly transferred to Kirikiri prison over the weekend.
Explaining the decision, the NCS stated, “It is procedural that he is moved to Kirikiri since it is an expansive prison compared to what we have here.”

Okuneye was quietly moved to the facility where he will serve his term, due to security reasons.
It’s worth recalling that Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos sentenced Bobrisky to six months imprisonment.
The judge highlighted that the verdict aims to deter others from abusing and defacing the naira.
Despite being identified as male based on his admission in court, Bobrisky’s gender or genital organs haven’t undergone any realignment, and that the crossdresser will be placed in the male cell with other inmates, according to reports.
