LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has opened up about the value he places on fatherhood, saying his children are the only things he truly considers his and the ones he would give his life for.

The actor shared the message on Instagram, reflecting on fatherhood, family and the choices parents make for their children.

Ninalowo, known for his roles in Picture Perfect and Breaded Life, said everything else in life is temporary compared with the bond he shares with his children.

“The only true thing I own and I would die for: my children,” he wrote, adding that “all else is fleeting.”

Beyond describing his children as his most valuable possession, the actor also explained how putting them first can guide people through difficult decisions.

According to him, parents are less likely to make the wrong choice when they consider what is best for their children, especially when faced with difficult turning points in life.

“If you put your children first, you never make a bad decision,” Ninalowo said.

He explained that whenever a person reaches a crossroads, asking what would be best for their children can help provide direction.

“When you hit a crossroads moment … you think, ‘What is best for my children?’” he stated.

Ninalowo stressed that his children are not the reason he lives, but his love for them is strong enough for him to make the ultimate sacrifice.

“I don’t live for them, but I will die for them,” the actor declared.

The actor has previously spoken publicly about fatherhood and the importance of family, making his latest message another reflection of the place his children hold in his life.
