LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- US singer Ciara has announced that she is pregnant with her fifth child, marking her fourth baby with husband Russell Wilson as the couple prepares to expand their blended family.
The singer shared the news on Sunday, September 6, through a joint social media post with the former NFL quarterback.
Ciara, dressed in a white tank top and jeans, revealed her growing baby bump in a series of photos and videos.
She captioned the announcement, “One more person to Love.”
The couple also added a playful touch to the reveal. Four shirts bearing the names of their existing children were displayed on a clothesline, alongside a blank baby onesie representing the newest addition to the family.
The pregnancy comes nearly three years after the arrival of their youngest child, Amora Princess, who was born in December 2023.
Ciara and Wilson are already parents to three children together, daughter Sienna Princess, son Win Harrison and daughter Amora Princess.
The “1,2 Step” singer also has an older son, Future Zahir, whom she shares with rapper Future.

Interestingly, the pregnancy announcement comes after Wilson had openly spoken about wanting to expand their family.
In July 2026, the former NFL star revealed that he was trying to convince Ciara to have another child, even referring to the hoped-for baby as “Cinco.”
“We have four amazing kids and I’m trying to convince Ciara to have a fifth. Cinco, you got to be on the way soon,” Wilson said at Fanatics Fest.
Wilson also said the couple were both interested in having five children, although he admitted that he still had to convince his wife.
His wish has now become reality, with Ciara confirming that another baby is officially on the way.

Ciara and Wilson began dating in 2015 before getting engaged in March 2016. They married in July 2016 at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England.
The couple have since built a blended family that has frequently featured in their social media posts and public appearances.
For Ciara, the new arrival will make her a mother of five, while the baby will be Wilson’s fourth child with the singer.
The couple’s latest announcement has already attracted congratulatory messages from fans, friends and fellow celebrities, with many celebrating the family’s latest addition.
