LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL) star and beauty entrepreneur Diiadem Adeola has accused former friend and fellow housewife Dabota Lawson of using bloggers to damage her reputation, claiming their fallout has dragged private matters into the public space.
Diiadem made the allegations in a series of Instagram and Snapchat posts, claiming that Lawson had shared information about her with bloggers after their friendship broke down.
The beauty entrepreneur said the situation became even more painful when pictures of her daughter appeared on a blog during the dispute.
“I felt like a failed parent when I saw my daughter’s face on that dirty blog,” she wrote.
Diiadem also alleged that using bloggers was a pattern whenever Lawson fell out with people, saying she had heard similar complaints from others.
“Every time you fall out with someone, it seems like your first instinct is to use bloggers to tear them down,” Diiadem alleged.
However, Diiadem acknowledged that she and Lawson had indeed had a disagreement but insisted that she wanted the matter to end.

She stated that she had spent years building her brand and business and would not allow the controversy to damage what she had worked for.
“Get my name off your mouth Dabota Lawson and leave me alone,” Diiadem wrote.
Diiadem also recalled a birthday gift that appeared to have added another layer to their fallout.
According to her, Lawson sent her N5 million for her birthday.
Diiadem revealed that she publicly shared the payment receipt and celebrated Lawson for the gesture, only for her former friend to later ask for the money back, describing the situation as “a girl’s game.”
Reflecting on the fallout, Diiadem stated that she blamed herself for allowing herself to get caught up in what she described as a “mess.”
She added that the experience had taught her to love herself more and value the people who genuinely care about her.
