LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Popular comedian and content creator Sydney Talker has revealed that he is approaching four years of celibacy, saying the decision helped him eliminate distractions, sharpen his creativity and better understand the content creation industry.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, the 30-year-old entertainer disclosed that July 27 will mark four years since he last shared a bed with a woman.
He admitted that the journey has been difficult but believes the sacrifice has been worth it.

“27th of this month will make it four years of celibacy for me. Technically, what I am trying to say is I have not slept on the same bed with a woman for the past four years. It’s not been easy, but I thank God. In these past four years, I have studied my industry. I took out time, stayed away from emotional activities and found solutions that would really help us as content creators,” he said.
The revelation was made in a teaser promoting an upcoming live session on content creation, where Sydney Talker is expected to share insights from his personal journey and professional experience.
Furthermore, the comedian explained that staying away from romantic relationships gave him the discipline and mental clarity to invest more time in learning his craft.
Sydney Talker stated that avoiding emotional distractions allowed him to study the content creation industry in greater depth and develop fresh ideas that could benefit both himself and other creators.
