LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has addressed widespread speculation about her getting back to her estranged husband Innocent “2Baba” Idibia, clarifying that viral videos suggesting a reunion are old clips being shared out of context.
The actress addressed the speculation through a post on her Instagram Stories after old videos of the pair dancing together at a nightclub resurfaced on social media, prompting rumours that they had rekindled their relationship.
Rumors even claimed that the former couple had rekindled their romance and were expecting a child together.

Setting the record straight, Annie said the clips being circulated were not recent and accused social media users of spreading false narratives.
“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” she wrote.
The videos, which gained traction online last week, showed the former couple enjoying themselves on a dance floor after the couple announced the end of their marriage in January 2025.
However, Annie’s latest statement has put the rumors to rest.
