LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nigerian streamer Carter Efe has shared his frustration after his visa application was denied, saying the setback has left him feeling trapped despite his hopes of travelling abroad.
The internet personality made the revelation during a recent livestream, where he spoke candidly about the challenges he faces whenever he tries to travel abroad.
He recently secured a place at global streamer Kai Cenat’s Streamer University, making international travel necessary.

Expressing his frustration, Carter Efe described the situation as feeling “trapped,” stating that the experience made him feel restricted and unable to freely visit other countries.
“Chat, I won’t lie to you. We’re trapped in this country. In case you don’t know, we are trapped. Yes, in case you don’t know, we’re trapped. We no fit go anywhere we want. We can’t go anywhere we want, bro. We’re finished. We’re doomed. I swear to God,” he said during the livestream.
His comments come shortly after popular American streamer Kai Cenat disclosed that he had tried to assist Carter Efe in securing a visa, but the application was unsuccessful.
Neither Carter Efe nor immigration authorities disclosed the reason behind the visa denial, leaving the circumstances surrounding the rejection unclear.
