LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Celebrity show promoter Sam Larry has been discharged from the hospital after surviving a fatal car accident that claimed the life of his bouncer, with new videos of him standing on his feet dismissing rumours that he lost a limb in the crash.
The accident had sparked concern among fans and Nigerians online after reports about his health condition circulated on social media.
Some reports claimed that Sam Larry had slipped into a coma, while the show promoter later revealed that he might need to use a wheelchair for an unspecified period after sustaining a leg injury.
The situation also reignited conversations about his past controversies, with some social media users linking the accident to allegations surrounding the death of singer Mohbad.

However, Sam Larry has now appeared in videos showing that he is recovering. In
one clip shared on Friday evening, the promoter was seen on a video call with Fuji musician KS1 Malaika while celebrating during an event.
Shortly after, another video showed Sam Larry with friends and associates, where he lifted his legs to dismiss rumours that he had suffered an amputation following the crash.
The promoter’s appearance has since provided reassurance to his supporters, while also putting to rest some of the claims circulating about the extent of his injuries.
