LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nigerian music promoter Sam Larry has reportedly been hospitalized after a serious road accident along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road, an incident said to have claimed the life of one of his aides.
The accident reportedly occurred in the early hours of Saturday along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road, where the vehicle carrying Sam Larry allegedly collided with a trailer.
According to reports, the crash turned fatal after the promoter’s bouncer reportedly died at the scene.
Videos and photographs circulating on social media showed the vehicle extensively damaged, fueling concern among fans and followers over Sam Larry’s condition.

Reacting to the incident, Nigerian comedian and master of ceremonies Mario Wazobia appealed to the public to pray for the music promoter.
In a post shared on Instagram, he wrote,
“PRAY FOR SAMMYLARRY.”
He later shared additional images from the accident scene while providing an update on the reported casualties.
“More photos from the early morning accident involving socialite Sam Larry and his bouncer. Reports indicate the bouncer tragically lost his life at the scene while Sam Larry has been rushed to the hospital in critical condition,” he wrote.
Authorities have not yet released an official statement on the crash.
Meanwhile, messages of concern and prayers continue to pour in from fans and well-wishers hoping for Sam Larry’s recovery.
