Lagos, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)- First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has unveiled a major upgrade to its mobile banking application, introducing a rewards programme, investment options, lifestyle benefits and artificial intelligence-powered customer support aimed at enhancing users’ digital banking experience.
The upgrade marks a strategic shift from conventional banking services to a more engaging digital ecosystem where customers can earn benefits while managing their finances.
At the heart of the update is a new Reward Points feature that allows customers to accumulate and redeem points through transactions carried out on the mobile app.
The initiative is designed to encourage digital adoption by linking everyday banking activities to tangible rewards.
The enhanced application also introduces a Regal Premium Lifestyle Subscription, giving customers access to exclusive benefits across travel, dining and entertainment.
New-to-bank customers will additionally enjoy three months of free transfers.
