LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – RB Leipzig have rejected Liverpool’s €100 million offer for winger Yan Diomandé, with the Bundesliga club holding firm on its €120 million valuation.
Liverpool’s proposal, reportedly worth €90 million plus €10 million in add-ons, was turned down as Leipzig maintained that the 20-year-old is not available unless their asking price is met.
Diomandé has emerged as one of Europe’s most sought-after young attackers following an impressive World Cup campaign, where his pace, dribbling and attacking threat attracted interest from several top clubs.

Leipzig are understood to expect further competition for the Ivory Coast international, with Paris Saint-Germain among the clubs monitoring his situation.
Liverpool’s approach underlines the club’s interest in strengthening its attacking options, but Leipzig are under no immediate pressure to sell after securing qualification for next season’s UEFA Champions League.
For now, the Bundesliga side remain firm in their position and are only expected to negotiate if a club meets their €120 million valuation.
