LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – West Bromwich Albion have agreed a deal to sign Chelsea forward Jimmy Jay-Morgan in a package worth around £4 million, according to transfer updates.

The 19-year-old is set to leave Chelsea after progressing through the club’s academy and development ranks, where he was highly regarded for his finishing ability and physical strength.

The agreement also includes a sell-on clause, ensuring Chelsea will benefit financially from any future transfer involving the England youth international.

West Brom are moving to strengthen their attacking options as they prepare for a Championship promotion push, with Jay-Morgan viewed as a long-term investment.

Personal terms and a medical are the remaining formalities before the move is completed and officially announced by West Brom.

Once finalised, the transfer is expected to give the striker a clearer pathway into regular senior football.
