LAGOS, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA) – Liverpool have reached a verbal agreement with Andoni Iraola to take over as the club’s new head coach, according to reports.
The Spaniard is set to replace the outgoing manager at Anfield after impressing with Bournemouth in the Premier League. Terms have been agreed in principle, with formal steps and paperwork expected next.
Iraola, 42, built a reputation for high-energy, attacking football on the south coast.

His Bournemouth side earned praise for pressing and tactical flexibility despite limited resources.
Liverpool moved quickly to secure their top target.
