LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nigerian music star Davido has given fans a first look at his luxury mansion under construction in Lagos’ prestigious Eko Atlantic, revealing details of what is expected to become one of the most expensive celebrity homes in Nigeria.
The OBO crooner disclosed that the property, reportedly valued at about N100 billion, will include over 20 bedrooms, a private music studio, a lounge, staff quarters and a 20-car underground garage.
During a project tour with streamer Davrel, Davido explained that he purchased the land for N4 billion about three years ago, adding that its value has now risen to more than N8 billion.
The “With You” hitmaker noted that the mansion reflects years of hard work and success in the music industry.
“I’ve worked so hard, it’s only right,” he said while discussing the reason behind the lavish project.

Davido also revealed the inspiration behind the building’s design, saying it draws influence from Caribbean and Mexican architectural styles, with creative concept linked to global music stars Drake and Bad Bunny.
Giving fans a breakdown of the structure, the singer explained that the basement area alone would contain several luxury features.
“This is my basement, the basement is going to have a 20-car garage, my studio, apartments, a lounge, and then my staff room,” Davido revealed.
The Grammy nominated artist confirmed that his wife, Chioma Rowland, will have an entire floor designed specially for her personal taste and comfort.
“She has her own room, her own everything, her own style… she has her own floor,” he added.
The project is expected to feature between 20 and 24 bedrooms, making it one of the largest celebrity mansions currently under construction in Lagos.
Davido further claimed that the massive development has already cost millions of dollars and may eventually require even more funding before completion.
“The whole building project will cost me about $10B, so watch out for the transformation,” he told fans.
