LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)-Popular TikTok creator Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has taken legal action against skitmaker Carter Efe, accusing him of cyberbullying and defamatory comments that allegedly damaged her reputation and business opportunities.
In a legal letter dated May 14, 2026, Jarvis lawyers, Omo-Richard Attorneys, accused Carter Efe of repeatedly bullying, online harassment and cyberstalking her across social media platforms including TikTok and Twitch.
According to the legal team, the controversy began after comments allegedly made by Carter Efe during a recent livestream.
The lawyers claimed he described Jarvis as promiscuous while also making statements they said negatively affected her image and professional relationships.

Her legal representatives also stated that the skitmaker repeatedly mocked and ridiculed the TikTok personality online while spreading claims they described as false and damaging.
Referencing a livestream in May where Carter Efe allegedly claimed that Jarvis had dated “all Abuja boys,” they also accused him of linking her romantically to individuals identified as Mr Joblag and Mr Hilarious.
Another issue raised in the legal notice involved comments allegedly made during the January visit of American streamer IShowSpeed to Nigeria.
Jarvis lawyers said Carter Efe suggested she stayed at Transcorp Hotel to exchange sexual relations for collaboration opportunities.
Her lawyers maintained that the statements were false, harmful and deliberately aimed at humiliating her publicly while causing emotional distress and damage to her career.
Ultimately, the legal notice reportedly gave Carter Efe 14 days to retract the statements publicly and issue an apology across his social media platforms and national newspapers.
