LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)-Nollywood actress Sandra Okunzuwa has shared details about a painful breakup, revealing that her former boyfriend allegedly ended their relationship after watching a kissing scene from one of her movies.
The actress revealed that at the time, her boyfriend decided to end their relationship after someone sent him a clip from one of her films showing her sharing a passionate kiss with another actor on set.
Speaking about the incident, Okunzuwa admitted she was shocked by his reaction because he already knew she was deeply involved in acting before they began dating.

“My ex-boyfriend ended our relationship after someone sent him a movie scene where I kissed an actor. At the time, I felt his reaction was purely from insecurity on his part,” she said.
She explained that her former partner had watched several of her movies before they became a couple, making his response even more surprising to her.
“He knew very well that I was an actress before we even started dating. He had watched several of my movies, so it was surprising that a simple kissing scene in a film would make him call off the relationship,” Okunzuwa added.
The actress stressed that film performance should be seen as a professional job rather than a reflection of an actor’s real-life emotions or relationships.
“Acting is my profession. When I am on set, I have to deliver according to the script. A kissing scene is just part of the job and not a reflection of my personal life,” she explained.
She also advised people who struggle with romantic scenes in movies to reconsider dating actors or actresses in the entertainment industry.
