City Business News Marks 10th Anniversary With Lagos Lecture

LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- City Business News Online is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a major industry lecture expected to bring together top figures from Nigeria’s business, logistics, and transportation sectors.

The event, with a keynote lecture titled, “Logistics As The Engine Room Of Nigeria’s Economy” is scheduled to hold on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Rockview Hotels in Apapa, by 10:00 a.m.

Speaking ahead of the celebration, Publisher of the platform, Mr Moses Ebosele, described the anniversary as a reflection of the organization’s decade-long commitment to credible business reporting, economic development coverage, and industry-focused journalism in Nigeria.

According to Ebosele, the lecture will be delivered by Dr Boboye Oyeyemi.

Dr Oyeyemi is the immediate past Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and currently serves as President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).

Furthermore, Ebosele said the anniversary lecture is expected to attract major stakeholders from government agencies, private organizations, financial institutions, transport operators, and media industry leaders.

Among dignitaries expected at the event is Frank Nneji, alongside representatives of the Nigeria Customs Service, Nigerian Ports Authority, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Nigerian Shippers’ Council, banks, leading automobile companies, and other industry players.

The publisher noted that the programme would create room for discussions around logistics, transportation, and supply chain systems, highlighting their importance in strengthening Nigeria’s economy competitiveness.

He also expressed appreciation to readers, advertisers, partners, staff members, and stakeholders for supporting the organization throughout the past decade.

Notably, Ebosele reaffirmed the platform’s dedication to professionalism, and impactful reporting, highlighting its excellence in business journalism.
