LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nigerian singer Korede Bello has encouraged couples to have more children, arguing that larger families could increase the chances of raising exceptional talents like Michael Jackson.
In a recent video, the “God Win” hitmaker shared his opinion on family size in today’s society, suggesting that bigger families could lead to the birth of future geniuses.
According to Bello, some of the world’s greatest talents might never have existed if their parents had chosen to have fewer children.
He pointed to Michael Jackson as a powerful example, noting that the legendary performer was the seventh child in his family.

While acknowledging the challenges posed by the current economic climate, Bello questioned the growing trend of smaller families.
“What is going with this fewer kids people are having nowadays. I understand that the economic situation limits our desires to populate the earth. But how are we going to continue like this? Are we ever going to get to a place where the house will be filled with children again?” he asked.
The singer expressed concern that many couples now choose to have only one child, or very few.
He reflected on how different the world might have been if Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Esther Jackson, had stopped having children earlier.
“I have been wondering – what if Michael Jackson’s mother had stopped at two or six kids? He was the seventh. Imagine a world without him just because she chose fewer children. Now many people are having just one child. It is very rare to find a young couple with three kids these days. We need more Michael Jacksons,” Bello said.
