LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nigerian actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has reacted strongly to reports suggesting she snubbed Fuji music legend Pasuma during a recent event.
The controversy began when a social media user on X, shared a clip from Faithia Williams 55th birthday party.
In the video, the user claimed the actress ignored the singer, sparking heated reactions online.
Soon after the video went viral, Funke quickly dismissed the accusation, calling it “evil.”
She maintained that there was no disrespect at all, stressing that Pasuma is her senior colleague and they had a great time at the party.
Posting on X, she said, “Snub? Hell no. Stop the negativity, please. I saw him, greeted him, danced with him. Pasuma is my Egbon. Please you all should stop this evil.”

That moment sparked speculation among fans about whether the actress had the same reaction to Pasuma.
