(VOICE OF NAIJA)-The team manager of Rovers FC of Calabar, Edem Oyom has disclosed that many of his players are suffering from internal bleeding following the ghastly motor accident they suffered on Monday morning on their way to Lagos.

The accident occurred at Okada junction when the vehicle they travelled in lost control and tumbled.

In an exclusive interview, he said, “But I have to brave up. I can tell you that the one that was very critical is now medically stabilized.

“Many others, too, are responding to medical attention. But there are still still other concerns.

“They are suffering from internal bleeding according to medical personnel who attended to them at the facility in Okada town, Edo State.

“For better and intensive attention, we have evacuated them this morning to Asaba in Delta State where we trust we’ll get better medical attention.”

He said their team was working seriously to see that the players were stabilised.

The team was enroute Lagos for their scheduled fixture against Sporting Lagos FC.
