LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Fresh details have emerged following the death of Afrobeat singer Destiny Boy, as a close associate breaks silence to address the wave of speculation surrounding the young artiste’s passing.
In a video circulating on social media, the associate revealed that Destiny Boy had been battling an illness before his death, stressing that the condition was being actively managed.
According to him, efforts were made to stabilize the singer’s health, but the outcome ultimately lay beyond human control.
“I want to do this video before everyone starts spreading wrong information about what killed Destiny boy.
“Destiny boy had an illness he was managing, before he died, and everything possible was done but it was God’s wish he died. May God look after the son and family he left behind. Death is inevitable for everyone our prayer should be that we live a long and purposeful life,” he said.
