LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has publicly accused the founder of Grace Nation Bible Ministry, Chris Okafor, of betrayal following the emergence of a viral video showing him proposing to another woman.
The revelation has ignited intense reactions across social media, placing the self-styled “Generational Prophet” at the center of a fresh controversy.
In an emotional video shared on her Instagram page, Ogala reacted to the leaked engagement clip, claiming she had been in a long-term intimate relationship with Okafor since 2017. Visibly distressed, the actress questioned why the pastor would move on after, according to her, making repeated promises of marriage.
“Somebody should go and tell Chris Okafor that he would not marry oo, who are you leaving me for? Since you had s*x with me, my life has not been the same… After destroying my life,” she said in the video.
The actress alleged that the relationship took a devastating toll on her mental and emotional health. She claimed she supported Okafor financially and accused him of abandoning her despite the sacrifices she made.

Ogala also alleged that personal tragedies followed their involvement, including the loss of her brother. She insisted that her life spiraled after the relationship began.
“You people can insult me for all you care. Only me know what is going on with my life because since this man fuck me, my life has not been the same. I lost my younger brother… This marriage would not work,” she added.
In the video, Ogala made further allegations, including claims about leaked private content and a miscarriage, while expressing deep emotional pain. She disclosed struggling with suicidal thoughts and questioned why Okafor would proceed with a new marriage despite her condition.
“Yesterday I almost committed suicide, people don’t know what I’m going through. Can you even see that I’m not okay?” Ogala stated.
The actress maintained that Okafor promised to marry her and accused him of walking away after what she described as years of emotional damage. She repeatedly insisted that the proposed marriage would not succeed, stating that she was barely surviving compared to the person she used to be before the relationship.
