LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner Imisi has revealed a heartbreaking chapter of her life, sharing that she suffered a miscarriage just weeks before auditioning for the reality show that changed her life.
In a candid interview on TVC Entertainment, the 2025 BBNaija champion opened up about the tragedy, describing it as one of the most painful experiences she has ever faced.
According to Imisi, the loss occurred in April, less than a month before she attended the show’s audition.

“I lost my baby this year April. It wasn’t even up to a month before I auditioned for Big Brother. The whole thing was so overwhelming. I do not want to talk about it,” she said emotionally.
Imisi admitted that the painful experience deeply affected her emotionally and shaped the way she approached her journey in the Big Brother house. She also disclosed that she had ended her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Hakeem, before joining the show.
According to Imisi, the breakup added to the emotional turmoil she was navigating at the time. Despite her struggles, Imisi pushed through with determination and resilience, eventually emerging as the winner of BBNaija Season 10 on October 5, 2025, taking home an ₦80 million cash prize and a brand-new SUV.
She hopes her story inspire many fans, as she continues to navigate life after the show.
