ABUJA, Nigeria (VOICE OF NAIJA)-The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a new review of its service fees, set to take effect from August 1, 2025.
According to the commission, the decision follows a comprehensive evaluation of prevailing economic conditions, increasing operational expenses, and consultations with key stakeholders.
In a public notice on Tuesday, the commission explained that the revised fee structure is part of its ongoing drive to provide more efficient, technology-enabled services tailored to the evolving needs of businesses and the Nigerian economy.
“The commission wishes to inform the general public, esteemed customers, and all stakeholders that, in the continued efforts to improve its service quality and delivery, it has become necessary to review certain service fees effective the 1st day of August, 2025.
“This decision follows the careful consideration of prevailing economic realities, rising operational costs as well as engagement of critical stakeholders ahead of implementation,” the CAC said.

The commission added, “The review is modest, competitive and aligns with our commitment to enhance service delivery through digitalised operations and maintain the integrity of the Nigerian Corporate Registry.”
Reiterating its commitment to improved service delivery, the CAC said the fee adjustment is geared toward ensuring sustainability and the continuous strengthening of its digital platforms.
“We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction as we strive to build a more resilient and responsive corporate regulatory environment,” the commission said.
