LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)-Nigerian comedian and actor Ime Bishop Umoh, popularly known as Okon Lagos, has sparked conversation online with his humorous yet thought-provoking advice to men.
“Don’t try too hard to please women,” he advised.
In a recent Instagram video delivered in his signature Calabar accent, Okon playfully referenced “The 48 Laws of Power”, specifically the rule that says, “Do not outshine the master.”
He cleverly drew a parallel, stating that God is the ultimate master and even He couldn’t completely satisfy women. They changed the natural color of their hair, altered their looks and engaged in several enhancement and reduction surgeries to get their desired results.

“If their Creator couldn’t satisfy them, what then can you do? Why are you trying to set yourself up for destruction?” Okon quipped.
In a tone both playful and satirical, Okon encouraged men to stop overextending themselves in relationships, urging them to stay grounded and not fall into the trap of constantly trying to meet their insatiable expectations.
“If God that create them cannot satisfy them, how much more you, ordinary person. You want to come and outdo God? You think you can outshine yourself master? You are setting yourself up for destruction,” he concluded.
His post, delivered with comedic flair, has since drawn reactions from fans, many of whom found humor and unexpected wisdom in his unconventional message.
