The beauty mogul was spotted making a fashionable entrance at celebrity-favorite Alba restaurant. Ditching husband Justin Bieber for the evening, Hailey turned heads in an elegant all-black ensemble, featuring a strapless mini dress paired with slingback heels and matching sunglasses.
