LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Nigerian rapper Lil Kesh has shared his reasons for delaying marriage, citing the high divorce rate and prevalence of unhappy couples.

In a recent episode of the Esther Show, the ‘Efejoku’ crooner revealed he’s currently single and focused on his career.

Lil Kesh, 31, stated that he’s not intentional about dating, as he prioritizes his time and doesn’t want to compromise his goals.

He also expressed skepticism about marriage, saying, “I just don’t believe in marriage. They don’t work… I want a happy home, and I don’t feel like I can do that yet.”

The rapper emphasized that his decision isn’t driven by a desire to be a playboy, but rather a personal conviction. He added that he’s not pressured by his parents to get married, and they’re accepting of his choices. For now, Lil Kesh is focused on his career and personal growth.
