Biola Abisola Kola-Daisi Ajimobi Laid To Rest

LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)-Mrs. Biola Abisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest child of the late Abiola Ajimobi, former Governor of Oyo State, has been laid to rest. 

Mrs. Biola Abisola Kola-Daisi (née Ajimobi) passed away in the UK on March 27, 2025, after a brief illness at the age of 42. 

After her body was repatriated to Nigeria, loved ones, associates, and family members gathered at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, City of David Parish, Victoria Island, Lagos, for her funeral.

The solemn service featured beautifully rendered songs from the choristers, an uplifting sermon from Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, and heartfelt tributes from her husband, siblings and loved ones.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her three lovely children, her husband Kolapo Kola-Daisi, her mother Florence Ajimobi, her siblings, and all those whose lives she profoundly impacted.

Before her death, Bisola served her country, Nigeria, as a special adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu, showcasing her commitment to public service and economic development.

She was also a prominent figure in Nigeria’s luxury retail scene and a dedicated philanthropist.
