LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA) – Nigerian singer, Kcee has recounted his relationship with actress Ebube Nwagbo, stating that their relationship almost ended in marriage.
In a candid interview on the latest episode of the “Tea With Tay” podcast, hosted by Temisan Emmanuel, Kcee explained that he was a young man who loved dating actresses, and his flair for them ended in publicized scandals.
“My scandals were before social media became rampant. I was just about a young boy dating one actress. Me and actresses were always headlining the papers. I loved actresses back then. Who wouldn’t?” he stated.

Despite this, he fell for the beautiful Ebube and their relationship grew into a serious love affair. He revealed that they went everywhere together and made front-page news due to their close relationship. However, life happened, and their relationship fell apart, with them going their separate ways to pursue other things.
“Our relationship was everywhere—Ebube Nwagbo. We were always on the front covers of newspapers. And we usually sat in the front row of every red carpet show. We were close to getting married. Whatever that happened, happened,” he recounted.
