LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- The Ogun State Police Command has maintained that it would continue to pursue its charges against ‘Wanted’ Singer, Portable, despite his pleas and alleged ill health claims.
On Tuesday, Portable shared a series of posts and videos claiming spiritual attacks on his mental state and ill health in his body, adding that he was admitted at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Aro, Abeokuta, and appealing to the Ogun State government to forgive his excesses.

Showing that no one is above the law, the Ogun Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Omolola Odutola, reiterated that the singer must surrender himself for investigation.
The PPRO stated that it was the duty of citizens and organizations to report any wanted person spotted or held in any facility, so as to avoid “aiding and abetting” charges.
“Portable will come and submit himself. He cannot be in the psychiatric hospital in Aro. Everybody knows he is a wanted person. If he is in any facility, the police must be informed. He is a wanted man,” Odutola said.
