LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Mohbad’s Wife, Wunmi Aloba, in a tearful interview opened up on the tribulations she and her son Liam, has been enduring from her father-in-law Joseph Aloba and Naira Marley, since the untimely death of her husband.
For the first time since Mohbad died in September 24, 2023, she sat with Chude Jideonwo, as he interviewed her on his tell-all show WithChude.
Wunmi who welcomed her son five months before the death of her husband, tearfully told her host that her father-in-law had been tormenting her over Mohbad’s properties, in an attempt to take over his estate.

According to her, Joseph Aloba, Naira Marley and his cohorts has made life miserable for her, bullying her the same way her husband who was under his record label, was bullied till he died. She admitted to feeling anxiety and unsafe due to the series of death threats she frequently received, especially now that her son was still very young.
On the issues with her father-in-law, she revealed that he body shamed and age shamed her son, Liam who he claimed was not his grandson. She disclosed that he called Liam, bowlegged and old looking, claiming that his son (Mohbad) once tried to throw him (Liam) off “Third Mainland Bridge.”
Looking distraught and heartbroken, Wunmi revealed that she was told not to announce the result of Liam’s DNA test, also maintaining that she had nothing to do with the death of her husband.
