LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)- Making people laugh is not an easy job, it’s even harder doing so for 50 hours nonstop, but not for Nigerian Comedian, Dr Laff, who has conquered 50 hours on stage to earn the newest Guinness World Record title for the longest stand-up comedy by an individual.
The 50-hour world record attempt was held at the Banex Mall, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State, it began on Valentine’s Day, February 14, at 12pm, and ended today February 16, with great success.
Dr Laff has snatched the title from its previous owner, an American named David Scott, who performed for a total of 40 hours and 8 minutes at the Laugh Factory in Chicago, USA, from 13-14 December 2019.
