LAGOS, Nigeria(VOICE OF NAIJA)-After winning five Grammy awards and clinching the Song of the Year throne, American Rapper Kendrick Lamar, reigns supreme on Spotify, while his Sunday Super Bowl halftime performance becomes the most watched ever.
His latest single ‘Not Like Us’, the winner of the aforementioned awards, has become the most streamed song on online music platform, Spotify, with over a billion streams.
The rapper who headlined the halftime show of America’s most beloved sporting event, the “Super Bowl” which held on February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, USA, performed his new anthem ‘Not Like Us’ which has been receiving great reviews and enjoying major airplay.

During the halftime show, the artist and his brainchild broke another record when over 133 million people tuned in to watch his breathtaking performance that featured stars including actor Samuel L Jackson dressed in a star-spangled suit as ‘Uncle Sam’, athlete Serena Williams doing the ‘crip walk’, all surrounded by 60 dancers dressed in blue, white and red, lined up to look like the American flag.
Kendrick’s chart-topping song, ‘Not Like Us’ a diss track to fellow rapper Drake, has showed no signs of decline on the chart table, spending weeks and likely more weeks to come breaking more records and toppling over chart boards.
